Hi Hooch,

Pretty sure thats one of J. Seward Johnson jr.'s work out of New Jersey.
They have a facility that produces statues out of bronze or aluminum(often painted)
The statues are made from castings of real people, I believe, and many themes are availble.
Man reading newspaper is in quite a few places. If you ever get over to Trenton N.J. (actually Hamilton twp)
it's a must check out.
