Evans What Year Is It?

This is a pic of my sisters old Evans. Can't find a serial # on it, does anyone know what year it might be? It had an issue with the top down tube at one point...enough to bend the seat tube. And yes, the chain stays appear to be bent inward. How about those odd dropouts?

I believe they bought Colson's bicycle line in 54. That sprocket is a late Colson/early Evans style, my guess would be 54-57. No one has decoded any #'s yet. -Adam
