it's not the wheels,it's the fenders that are twisted a bit...

i dont plan on using the wheels, so if anyone wants them... lmk..
they're the fractional size, 3speed freewheel...

Whooooaaaaa..... That is EXACTLY like the bike I had when I was 13 or so. It's the same color, same markings, same everything. I rode it right up until I got my driver's lisence.... then my Mom sold it at a garage sale for $5.

As far as Rat-rodding it goes, that particular bike would be a prime candidate for radical surgery. it has all of the required attributes: It's neither rare nor collectable, AND it's made of steel that welds really easily.....

AND if you DO decide to cut it up, I want that seat off of it.
