Electra Head Tube Help

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and somewhat new to cruisers. I have an Electra Roackabilly Boogie frame that I am customizing and I had to remove the two black metal "end caps" that go into the head tube before I sent it to powder coat.

They're likely not really called "end caps", but I couldn't come up with a better name. Basically their primary function is to hold the forks in the center of the head tube.

Anyhow, anyone have any recommendations as to how I can get them back in?

They are called bearing cups. The best way is to use a bearing cup press either from a bike shop or make you own.

Or I just usually knock them in with a piece of hardwood(oak) and a hammer. It helps to put them in the freezer so they shrink/contract.
