Dyno or Look Alike??

Was hoping someone could help me out...found what looks like a Dyno Roadster I am looking to buy. I havent seen it in person, but the guy gave me serial number RB 406 290. Was hoping someone could help me identify this bicycles Make.

Any Pictures? Should have some "D" stamps on the frame. Dropouts and behind the seat tube.
