I picked this up 9 bucks, so no biggie if worthless. But Im wondering what I got here. I haven't found decoding info , but gumwalls and a local bicycle shop sticker without an area code suggest early 90s. Serial on dropout DH89091239. Thanks!



 
Looks about that age and looks like an all original survivor. There is a bit of a cult following for these around me (guys in their late 20's early 30's who remember riding one to school back in the day) I have seen them go for anywhere from $100-$200 depending on condition.
 
Thanks! Its cruddy, but very nice. Still remarkably intact. Reflectors! Geez, that's the first thing we ditched as kids!!
 
Nice score!, I have a couple of GT's & Dyno's from that era , I agree it's probably an 89 , I just love that frame style!
