Do I have an S-5 rim?

On my 24" Sears Spyder I have a 24x1-3/8" tire. I'm looking for a replacement, and on E-bay there is a NOS tire that also has ..."x1-1/4" added at the end, and it says it will only fit a Scwhinn S-5 rim. Now, I've seen Schwinn 24x1-3/4 tires for an S-7 rim, but I've never seen that third size addition.

What do I need?

hey if thats of the spyder u got from me its not a schwinn rim . id say ask member rail rider (ron) he may have a NOS one for ya he has tons of MB suff !!!

Yeah, it is. Your tires are in good shape for originals, but I'm not sure if they'll be strong enough for my kids to ride for a couple years.

I pulled the tires off and de-spoked the rims. The front rim fits outside the rear rim. Is that normal?

My Spyder's wheels are the same as yours...rear is normal 24" tire. Front is that odd sized 24"?
