How "wrong" was the rear wheel? Incorrect, unmatched rim? Wrong spokes for a Hevi? Even here in the midwest where old bikes can be found if the rear wheel had been correct I'd have jumped on it.

looked to be a newer chinese huffy rear wheel , nothing right about it...

Normally I buy anything old schwinn if its reasonable, I just looked at that one and just kept thinking about at least $60 for the right wheel on top of seat/grips/tires/chain and maybe fenders and I just wasn't seeing the dollar signs...
It will probably be there again , and then offer $40

ya if its there next weekend I will probably grab it anyway... :p

personally, I think $50 would be my price, maybe $60.

I'd want to be able to flip it at $100, but that might be a stretch right now.

That was in Concord, Right? I think I saw it. Wasn't paying much attention to complete bikes because I would've had to get them back to Texas. If it were in my neck of the woods I would've jumped for 50 maybe 60 but I would've passed on the 80.

If it's there next week he'll probably take $60. 8)

If that bike was for sale in my area it would go for $120, classic bikes are very very very rare in my area.
