Bought this tank for a new project, the horn looks to be an issue... Everything I am seeing out there it's not going to fit. Guessing I will have to cut up a Slimline Delta and make it fit... Ideas,?

You may have to. I don't think any repros were made for any tanks but the Schwinn tanks. I've never seen any others for sale, but they may be out there.
My favorite is the Columbia mechanical tank bell, no batteries to corrode or change out.
If you are cutting up stuff and modifying, might as well add some personal touches to it, like more buzzers and more power.

From what ( little ) I remember , even the Delta horns used the Acme joy buzzer. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ACME-Heavy-...-Alarms-Bicycles-Door-Bell-Horn-/112183828974 . There is a used CWC horn on the bay too.
