Custom Shifter for S/A or Sachs 3spd? anybody?

I have a Sachs 515 coaster brake 3spd. Has anybody ever modified the trigger shifters or can any other shifter be used?

i´m working on a shifter for a sachs like the 515.

There were quite a few bolt on shifters made years ago during the Crate era to replace the S/A trigger. Look on the Bay and search for vintage shifters. I sold a replacement 3-spd shifter that clamped onto the top tube like a Stingray shifter but smaller and I have seen others.
