Custom fat tire build

This is a bike that a co-worker was working on at the shop this weekend. He built a double wide front tire and installed it on this old blue springer fork...
There are two rims and tires and one hub with extra holes drilled in it to accept extra spokes. Here are some fun photos.

It rides really nice. The back tire is really wide so they feel the same front to back. The fork needs work, and after that it will ride better.

i recall seeing a picture somewhere of a bike set up like that being ridden in snow.

does it feel pretty solid when you ride it? do the wheels shift or squeak or anything like that?
