If you like fabricating stuff yourself it might be worth to flick through some chopper magazines for building instructions for a seat like that. I'm pretty sure I saw a "how to" article in The Horse Backstreet Choppers that told you how to fabricate seats. I don't have my magazines here with me right now , otherwise I'd look for it.

I don't know about the ones on those bikes, but similar seats on choppers are often just a piece of bent sheet metal pan that has been upholstered.

I think I like that shifter better than the saddle.
