Question!!!
I got a Columbia 3 speed men confort bike.
Sturmey Archer internal hub.
The bike is made in 1953.
The front hub has an internal generator.

Is this a collectible bike??
Haw much does it worth??

Thank you

He's right, the fenders are not original.

American lightweight bicycles from this era are not particularly collectible. I've had a few columbia lightweights and paid between $5 and $70 for them. If it were cleaned up and tuned (grease repacked, new tires, brake pads, etc.), and you had a good market you might get $100-$120 tops, but most people would probably opt for a British 3 speed at that price. Also the condition of the chrome would be holding it back. The Dynohub used to be quite an item before modern equivalents were produced, it seems these days they're worth about $30 though.

thanks, I'll try to clean it and replace my 3 speed Free Spirit with this one.
