Clear Coat Question

I am almost ready for a clear coat on my bike and I am not sure which kind of clear coat to use. Do most of you use Satin or Gloss? It will be going over a Krylon pumpkin orange paint job.

Any info is greatly appreciated and I will post some pics later in the Rat Rod 3 buildoff forum......

how glossy do you want it????? super glossy = 3 coats clear, let dry a in day temps over 70 , wet sand with no less then 600 grit clear 3 more coats. it will shine like a new penny

Hey UCWT,

I do want it glossy so I might give that a try. Has anyone tried the Krylon Triple-Thick clear coat?
