Assuming you are talking about the springer forks from http://www.chubbyscruisers.com, they look like run of the mill import reproductions. I am not seeing a "Schwinn Style" at $50, only $35, BTW. Given the price, possibly Pyramid brand? They aren't great, not complete junk either. I have heard they will bend at the pivot, but never seen one bend personally. So long as you don't abuse them or don't weigh much over 200 lbs, they are an acceptable budget option.
