i know you guys on here like the older bikes so here is what i came up on today. was cleaning out the in-laws garage and found this forgotten little gem. and by forgotten i mean they didn't remember having it. it has been sitting in the same spot since the late 70s. from the serial number its November 20th 1963. of corse its missing a lot but still a cool addition to the collection. its going on the back burner for now. there is no way i can drop almost a weeks pay on just the seat.

Anything '63 Stingray is $$$ even if it's a mess. This falls into that category, but definitely remains a worthy project. Original parts look to be frame, hard to tell on the wheels, crank, fender (because deluxe means it had fenders). Handlebars don't look quite right, but it may be the angle, and the stem is replacement. The hardest part to track down will be a flamboyant lime fork.

Ebay has been very kind to early 'rays lately. Nice find!
