Hey everyone! Picked this up near a pond where I hunt. Owner of the property told me he didnt want it. Was curious on what bike this was and what time period. I couldnt find any serial numbers or brand name on it. I had to take a torch to some of it to break it down. Might use some of the parts for something. Any help would be appreciated! The bars are about to be dipped in some metal rescue. Thanks for everyones help in advance!

it is a stelber build iverson.
As far as I've been able to figure, Stelber was a NY import co., that maybe assembled parts into bikes, and slapped their name on them. They definitely used parts bought from their neighbors, CBC Ross. Iversons often have that Ross chainring. It appears they 'made' JC Higgins bikes during the 1956 strike, resulting in cruisers with 3 piece cranks.-Adam
