Bottom Bracket Pivot For Rear Suspension

I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone who sells a pivot for rear suspension. Would make building a rear suspension frame a whole lot easier. The company where this picture is from no longer has them, too bad, I really like the design. I've been searching all over, with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Buy one of those cheap Wally full susp bikes at a yard sale and cut the pivot joint out of it.
