Bottom Bracket help

I have a ruff cycle frame and on their site it states this in regards to a bottom bracket..Bottom bracket: USB-BB / BMX. Can someone point me to what type of BB/crank set I should purchase? Sorry, but I'm a noob and don't want to mess it up.

They use the what we call an American bottom bracket, which is able to accept one piece cranks. I hope this helps.

You can also run a BMX 3 piece crank/American bottom bracket,like this;

Thanks guys, much appreciated. Still not sure if I want to stick with old school one piece, or upgrade. Since I will use this bike to just cruise, I think one piece will work just fine. But the three piece sets look tougher, or more high tech. I have time to figure it out as I'm in the process of trying to figure out what to paint the frame/fork (fork is still not at my house). I'm going white for sure, testing/debating if I should go with a pearl with black wheels, trim. Hmmm.
