I had yesterday and today off with nothing to do and no money to spend. I thought I would practice my very poor welding skills. I wound up also practicing my very poor bondo and very pooor rattle can skills.

I started with an old BMX and borrowed the front wheel from a kiddy bike I had hanging around.

First I extended the fork.

I quickly realized I would need to extend the frame as well.

I welded in a seat post clamp and did just enough grinding and bondo so I could spray it with primer. I added a few bandanas and just need to get some more chain. This is probably a good bike for me to practice my very poor pinstriping skills on.

Sweet!! I'd shorten it to the first bandanas IMHO and use a larger front tire, but it's still Sweet!! Peace

Got the chain sorted out and took it for a spin. I think the shorter fork with a bigger wheel might be more functional, but this thing stops traffic in my little neighborhood.
