ot the shifter base welded up. works good thru the 3 speeds.

Next, I'll run the rear chain, then mark where the hub bracket and shifter bracket sits, then get em welded up.

It's a couple weeks away from ridin' time!

That is fantastic. I look forward to seeing the completed project. The movie you got your inspiration from is one of my favorite "bad biker" movies . I wish I had thought of it. But thern again after seeing your build I am glad that I didn't. I gould not have done such a job in my dreams.

got it all buttoned up. Had a small tab welded on the inner fork to hold the drum brake arm.

Just for giggles, i weighed da beast. Each wheel is 40 pounds and the frame is about 75. That's 155. :shock: :shock:

I might do the maiden voyage on sunday.
