Bicentenial Beater

Picked this one up at a church sale this last sunday. I'm a sucker for any bike that was painted up for the bicentenial, and have actually come across a few. This one rides out nice, but I have no Idea of the make or year. Anyone have any ideas?

Looks like a JC Higgins to me.

Also a 24" JC higgs straightbar frame you could trade everything over to.


But your bike is a JC higgins...no doubt...i hope

yeah, looks like a higgins. does the coaster brake say jc higgins? looks like one an its air cooled. nice bike.

I'll have to check the and see what it says on the coaster brake. I was too lazy to get my glasses from the house when I was taking the photos and had a tough time making out what the brake said. Tough gettin' old. Cheers.
