Anyone heard of Rutledge?

I tried searching a bit but couldn't find anything except that it might have been manufactured by a company called Stelber in Brooklyn.

I believe "Rutledge" was a "badge brand", aka they'd stick their decals on bikes made by a number of different sources. The pad and metal base are one piece on those old brake pads. You'll have no problem finding replacements. You'll probably want four new ones anyway, the rubber tends to dry out and they won't work so well.
