Any ideas of the manufacturer and model?

Was asked to find a tank and fender light for this Western Flyer prewar 39 bike.
Not sure all is correct to decipher what it is supposed to be?
Sorry the owner did not give me the serial to help with the IDing.
Any ideas as to the manufacturer and model of the bike would be appreciated.
Any reference pictures showing what it should like like, with or without a tank would be great.
A member mentioned it has the wrong chainring and guard but, if the fenders are correct then these curved stays should be an indicator as to what it was.

Its a prewar "bent tank" cwc bike. That sprocket came out in 1940 I believe so it could be correct. The bike looks pretty original, should have a dropstand instead of a kickstand though
