Agree on homemade, looks like top bar cut out of an existing frame. I like the looptail. Springer spring plates look homemade and doesn't appear to use the springs. Top and bottom plate cant move they are bound by the headtube.

These bikes are basically the same as a folding frame without the hinge. They seem to have been a lot more popular in Europe. I believe they were sold as a unisex frame. They may have come about after the popularity of similar bikes like the dawes kingpin, raleigh shopper/twenty/roamer.

Looks like a girls Executive brand muscle bike. Basically a Stelber/Iverson frame for the European market.
