It looks like a 20's , could be colson, elgin, or a few others. Either way, several of the components are each worth the asking price alone. I'd almost think it was a scam. If they know enought o state that it is a colson, then they are smart enough to look up the seat or fenders which are in great condition. But I'd get to it as fast as I could.

Same person has this one for sale. Might consider trading my 53 phantom for both of these. Wonder if he goes for it who gets the better deal?

I guess it depends on the condition of your phantom. If you are talking dollar amount then I'm in the dark. If he has already stated that he'd be willing to take the trade I'd say why are you on the computer instead of at his house trading. I'd take either of those bikes in place of a phantom, but that's just me. Canti frames aren't my thing.
