I have always built bikes and just generally screwed around with them. I am really starting to dive into the hobby and looking to meet, swap parts with, sell stuff, show stuff. Anything around Wisconsin? I am a vendor at the Iola old Car Show and Swap, but other than that, I don't see or hear of a lot of bike stuff. Thanks,
Jeff

I'm in the same boat Jeff...maybe a lakefront cruise and BBQ in the summer? where in WI are you?

There's the Fat tire Tour of Milwaukee.....and there's a pub crawl around Lake geneva too......

I went to a cruiser ride up in Green Bay a few years ago that went to a bunch of different candy shops that was a blast!

I live down near Lake Geneva and could help organize and plan something.

A candy crawl would be awesome if we had enough here in Milwaukee.

I just got the info on a Green Bay Coffee Cruiser ride - May 7th - Kavarna's Downtown

Saturday May 7th. As tradition will have it, meet at Kavarna's downtown GB for 9 am start of all that is clunky. Few details at the moment, plan on 2 additional stops, about 15 miles at parade pace. ...get the clunkers out or check curbs from now till then for a sweet ride.

I am located in Mosinee, WI. All i have to ride bikewise right now is my GT Palomar. I have a Higgins skiptooth in the works that will be done soon though. Just need to get spokes and relace the wheels, some minor fab. work, and finish paint and final assembly. I'll have to look some of these events up and see if I can get off from work. Thanks for all the replies. The Iola old car swap has had a ton of bicycle related stuff lately. Hoping I can finish a few bikes to bring there this year.
Jeff

They put many used bikes up on the local craigslist.
Very nice shop, many older cruisers and road bikes.
Understand they do a ride every Wednesday evening in summer.
