So it has been almost 6 months. I have finally made some progress on this one. The 24 inch frame is a burgundy metallic. That will be the next project for my son. At this rate he will have outgrown it by the time I finish.

Almost finished. The Atom drum works really well with the deerhead levers. The bike stops on a dime, shifts flawlessly and rides smooth and silent. The home made truss rods ended up fitting pretty well. They can be removed in about 20 seconds without removing the wheel. There are still a few minor finishing touches to iron out but she is good to go as is. I have cut a short seatpost for the wife and I am going to use some cable guides instead of zip ties once I get them along with some different grips.

I probably couldn't stop staring at it long enough to actually ride it.

Got a chance to oggle this bike in person at the San Diego Tour de Fat and meet/talk with sandmangts. The pics don't really do this bike justice, WOW!
