Another Ebay Goodie

[Road Master]

This is twice in 2 weeks I've bought bikes from Ebay. I couldn't resist this one either. it's a 1939 Westport Sterling "plain john?" model but all the original parts are there and it's pretty clean. Has all original paint, Morrow rear hub, drop stand, original ball end grips, triple drop painted rims and a nice HD Persons saddle I don't have to change. I'm going to spruce it up a little with tires, rack, chain guard and if I'm lucky one of those Memory Lane repop tanks. It will be a real pleasure to clean up a bike of this age in this condition.

bike looks killer, that is one funky seat post mounting though, first time ive seen one like that before

Thats a good lookin bike man. Does it have holes in the front fender for a light? I had a bike almost the same as yours and it had light on the front fender.

Nope - no holes for a light. This is definitely a bare bones bike.

I agree - Blackwalls it is! Storage Space? I actually have room right now - I sold 8 complete bikes and parted out 8 more. When you move out 16 bikes there's a lot of room left - for more bikes of course.
