So the same buddy who had the bike in the last listing I made here yesterday also has this Columbia.,
Based on the paint and shape., I think its a Westfield., maybe a Super deluxe? but post 1940 I think..
The serial Number Reads: L267499

'47 Columbia. Rack is aftermarket, parade rods, light and rear bumpers are most likely reproduction.
