The guard on the bmx looks like the same guard on the Murray Firecat / Kingkat bikes.

I looked at a bike similar on ebay that has that same chain guard and springer, Figured it was a Murray relabeled for Otasco.

just saw this thread - both nice bikes - I'd be thrilled if a friend brought me those - nice MX bike with the springer, and 24" Schinn for giant Stingray build,
Spring is coming, now the bikes should be found.....
