Hello all,
I am very excited to have found the Rat Rods Bike site. I have been a bicycle nut for years ever since my first purple Royce Union many years ago! I love all of the creativity of the member’s bikes! As a kid I would buy bikes at garage sales tear them down paint, detail and tune them up to ride for awhile and then sell to move onto another project bike. I was also caught up in the BMX craze in the early mid 70's in So Cal. I have been a high school teacher for 31 years now and still love what I do! Now that I am 52, I have gotten back into bicycling for leisure and my health. I am more of a casual type rider and love 26” cruisers. Take a look at my 3 cruisers a Dyno Kozmopolitian – Kustom Kruiser Moto Glide & Tricked out Nirve Night Owl. All the bikes have the Shimano Nexus 7 rear hubs. I look forward to getting acquainted with my fellow bike aficionados – Cruisers Forever!
