The saddest part is, I'd be willing to bet that this person actually thinks this is true, they just have no sense of time. I've met people like this.

Oh my god, that is hilarious. Someone is trying to find bike idiots to take advantage of. I think anyone that has ridden a bike knows that is not 1940's. Would make a cool rat- chopper though.
