Seat is correct. Sissy bar is not. Stars and stripes was an option for these. Rear tire is wrong too. Other than that, it looks complete.
That's about top dollar for a bike in that condition. Those white bikes are tough to bring back once they get scratched and the rust starts poking through the paint. Fork looks bent but it's tough to tell with the angle of the photo.
This one on the other hand looks like a pretty good deal!
