Hey guys. I built up this huffy to my liking. Can anyone help me with a year of manufacturing?
As for valuation... it has definite value to me, and that's all that matters. Thanks in advance.

The upper number appears to be C70494
The lower number is 2640T One question. Why are there 2 sets of numbers? Thanks again

lol. Same bike.
Now I believe it may be a 1967. It would be nice to know for sure, as I am a data guy.
Probably call Huffy again and ask... again. Last time they said the serial number I had was incorrect. Looks legible to me.
Again...I'm a data guy, I need data. lol.

if that white stem is original, it's not as old as '67. I'd guess closer to 1980 is when stems like that came to be. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

No, I replaced the original Wald 21.1 stem. It was bent.
The hubs are presumably original, the owner's name is engraved on the rims & frame. The front hub is a Mark 80. The rear is a Sachs Jet coaster.

1974 sounds about right. The BMA6 sticker on the seat tube began in 1971, and the features of this bike look 1974 when the serial numbers changed from the old H style to the bunch of numbers. I haven't found a good list for those numbers 74 and later. This bike has a lot of replacement parts, but the fender and chain guard style look like a 1974 Huffy. Here's a 72 nearly original.

Thank you kindly, good Sir.

With the full fenders and older style seat, it looks late 60's. I just learned that Huffy went away from the H numbers in 72, not 74. So, yours should have the H code number showing the year, 3H would be 1963, H8 would be 1968.
