Yo..are we only answering ?? about pre war bikes with rat trap springer forks, cuz that would be so damm boring. I'd have to head over to the cabe or bike forums or something. This is my 'go to' site..c'mon now.

Columbia..and man, the chrome parts are so nice. the components are neat as can be, I love the old 'Columbia' branded rear dérailleur.
everythin is so original and cool, chrome is mighty,
Cleaning it up without actually destroying any of the patina.
this is gonna be a great bike

But Guys....so much grease around the BB, chain-stay, kickstand area, like on all old bikes that need clean... that when I degrease..look.
I know someone has this bike or one close to it .
thoughts, Ive never seen steel like that when I've cleaned off a bike , doesn't matter if it's a year old or 50 yrs old.
