Yeah, black and white.
I'm not sure but I feel like Fleets had painted fenders, guards and tanks. They usually have the cheaper rolled goose neck...stuff like that.
Once you start repainting and ratting them out, one canti frame is the same as any other
My current project is a middle weight Schwinn, serial number on the steer tube.
70's something or other...Typhoon? Heavy Duti?
I'll never know
