'55 Schwinn Spitfire

Here is my Spitfire when I got it for my birthday from a guy at work. It is all original with the exeption of the tires and tubes and maybe the pedals. They are period correct Person-Majestics instead of Schwinn Scripted. But a friend with 80+ Schwinns told me he has seen some with off brand pedals original.

And after I tore it down and did a good wash, wax, and polish with a bit of body work thrown in.

Thanks, guys. It rides just as nice as it looks. I just need some Typhoon Cord tires and a new set of pedal blocks and then I can call this one done!
