Up late the other night and thought I would pull my 38 colson frame down from in the garage and do a quick build on it. Ended up coming out way better then I thought it would, this thing rides so nice, 40/18 on the gearing, Pork Chop power disk with Sugino chainring. I took this week off from work so been getting in a lot of worry free riding, spent a couple hours yesterday riding this around town, was a good day. Bars are nice and wide at 30 inches, hence the name, I put the bar brace on it because there was a tad bit of flex. Wheelset is Weinneman double wall with 11g spokes, heavy duty with some Bontrager Cruizer tires that roll fast, really fun bike.

Changed over to a set of sealed bearing Eastern 170mm 3 piece cranks, also swapped out the stem to a Dyno inverted stem. She should be dang near bullet proof now.

Thanks guys, those bars actually came off an 80's girls Jamis cruiser, I really like em. Had to put the brace on em, little flexy.

That looks awesome! I have a 39 but it's pretty much an old school type build I did for the build off a couple years ago. I love that style frame.

Thanks pick, I guess mine is kind of a strandy type theme, California bmx style cruiser.
