26x3" 72-hole wheel...looking for the right tire

First time posting and first time researching to build a custom cruiser. Will a Felt quick brick fit a 26x3 72-hole wheel? Looking for a white wall tire .... any suggestions?

I'm building a ruff bike right now, picking up all the parts from painter today, and you will have no issues. I'm stuffing 24"x4' wheels on a Porucho 2, but I had to bend out the rear stays in order for the wheels to fit.
