just picked this jc higgins up for $20 worth it? i like the frame so it is to me anyway

well worth it, those are good frames. Now slap some bars, pedals, and seat on that thing and ride!

definatly worth the $20 bucks. looks like with a few parts and just a little work, it'll make one sweet ride.
i sometimes have bad luck with hubs (mainly rear) with some of my bikes more than 40years old, so i usually swap out more modern wheels.
