Looks like a quality bike with the chrome front fork. Probably a quality bike shop type manufacture rebadged has a John Deere. I have a fuji that looks just like it.
Sell it in a college town, The Hipster guys and girls love mixte frames 8)
Vipon,...thanks for that info.....the guy said it was a later badged John Deere...I've seen Deere bikes before but all of em were green with the yellow lettering...
At the local antique mall they have a mens Deere bike that is black with I think silver lettering, it has a similar reflector and seat as the one on yours the only information they had listed was the price which was over $200...it's been there forever.
