1965 20in couger supercycle? cant find any like it.

Found this supercycle and a schwin varsity under a partially collapsed building in the woods.
it say couger on it. i think its a supercycle not sure though can find a bike like it. any one no anything about it?

Probably built by Rapido. I believe they were built in Eastern Europe
