Nice solid frame, it does have original paint but someone rattle canned over the black at one time so I did my best removing it to reveal the nicked up original paint. This would be a cool custom build, or whatever you choose. $175 shipped SOld!! to your door I also have a 4 hole rack from the same phantom with the same paint history add $50 I haven't tried to remove the rattle can from the bottom, but got the most of it off the top.
