So I picked this Jem up at the Sacramento Cyclefest this summer for a customer. 
I have plans to restore it.
I have all the new parts already and have sent the cranks and front sprocket to the chrome shop. I plan on putting a 3 speed Nexus Hub on, plus keep the skip tooth chain and sprockets. The rest will be new parts and paint
This is what I am starting with. I have to say this bike is in great shape for how old it is. Now dents or dings anywhere.
I was given these two photos and told that this was what she wanted her bike to look like
