i picked this up a few weeks ago in rural mid wales. the old chap who owned it rode it to a quarry for years until he retired in 1980 and hung it up in his barn roof. there it stayed until my father inlaw rescued it.

after media blasting, and resto it looks like this.

all original parts except the tyres, brake pads, and a more age apropriate saddle.
 
Humber fork.
Raleigh crank.
Got a close up of the head tube badge?
Are those 26 or 28" wheels?
 
It has 26X1 3/8 wheelsize, the cranks were changed wayback, im guessing. headbabge was the green H logo in a sort of shield but didnt survive the soda blasting well so now its just silver, nevermind. pretty sure the forks are correct as under the red paint i found the black and red pinstripe continuing on them.
