Can anyone tell me the value or rough time this style was around I litterly cant find any info

As far as I can tell from the smallish picture, it's a 50's Monark. I'd say you got a good buy, I hope you don't plan to part it out or refinish it.
 
I would guess late 40s or early 50s Monark built Super Cruiser. I have a 52 model. Yours is nice. Not sure if it would have had the pedestal light or the train light. I have seen nice completes anywhere from $700 up to $1100 on ebay
 
The gentlemen said it had a pedestal light that the cloth wiring went to the tank.
 
Ok cleaned off the riveted plate on the bottom of crank and founf this Model Number is 180 9A31
Serial Number is A023535 Hope this helps with the exact date
 
Those bike's have a lotta style , wish i had mine still,
same Color and all..
