150,000 miles by bike.

A friend of mine and local bike blogger just completed 150,000 miles by bike. He commutes via bike everyday and rides about 6,000 miles/year. He doesn't race but just rides for the enjoyment. The last time he drove a car to work was 1997.

There was an article here a couple years ago, about a guy who owned one of the LBS's. And he rode 40 miles to work evryday! I don't recall if that was one way or not. Alas, that shop closed before I had a chancxe to check it out. -Adam
