    Poop Picker...or...Tetnis Krate

I know, I know. I should have taken pics during the build but I didn't. I can take it apart and start over if I have to. Start with one 1968 Five Speed Stingray Frame notice where the shifter was? Add one nice comfy bucket seat for that sporty look!

    Tornado revisited

Hey guys, I thought you might like to see a couple pics of my Tornado. The guy that I got the bike from gave me these Scrambler bars and this Hurricane bench seat. I had sold the Tornado on eBay a few months ago but the guy never sent the money and then left me negative feedback saying I was...

    Allow me to rant!

What's with non bike people? What's so wrong about having a basement full of bike and bike parts. Some of you know the looks. The "have you lost your freaking mind" look upon walking down the stairs and seeing 30-40 bicycles of various vintage grip to grip and pedal to pedal. My wife just...

    A few new bikes

I bought a 67 stingray off of the ebay today. I went to pick it up local and the guy tells me "There's a pile of bikes on the side of the garage. Dig through it and take what you want." So I did. I got this for my neice. I'm going to change to chrome fenders but not much more. I dig the...

    Frankin-rat

Yeah, I know the name is cliche, but I had to. It's built from the corpses of 12 dead bikes. It used to be a AMF Debutante. Check it out. I'm going to grind down the welds put on a 24 in fork and paint it white with the blue seat and blue rear rim I think it'll be pretty cool. JB

Look what I found in someone's trash today. I'm so freakin excited! I filled the tires and took it for a ride right away. It needs to be greased but other than that, it rides great!. Enjoy, Johnboy

I posted a pic of this in another thread but thought I would start a new one to ask about it. I picked it up today at a get together for twenty bucks. All I know for sure is it's a Huffy. But a Huffy what? Any help? Thanks, Johnboy

Pics from the bike buildoff (several pictures)

Well, a few of us here in Rockford drove down to The 2nd Annual Bicycle Buildoff at the Zettle Bros. Speed Shop in Forreston, Illinois. The folks were really hospitable and good times were had by all. A few frosty ones were enjoyed and the weather was beautiful. This was the flyer some of...

    New Rat joins the pack

Picked it up at the Salvation Army today for ten bucks. I think it's a Scrambler but I'm not sure. 1977 Stingray type frame. 36 spoke s-2 rims. Knobby tires. I added the banana seat, sissy bar, and chainguard out of my parts. It had a bell solo saddle on it. Looked kinda dumb. I'm not...
