I don't understand the negative stigma that bike shops have w/ "customizers"

Bmx is like sunlight to a vampire when it comes to shop owners here in south Florida. They have absolutely zero knowledge and support down here. I had a employee of a well known bicycle shop chain in Miami claim to my face that my kink empire rev-b and standard sta500 were both "Walmart pieces...

I don't understand the negative stigma that bike shops have w/ "customizers"

What Rat Rod said sorta happened to me at the lbs I go to a lot they mostly cater to high end road/mountain bikes. The guys there looked at me funny when at first I was preaching to them about the customizing I wanted to do to my build. Weeks later I rolled in my project halfway finished just so...

My 93 huffy build. Look at me

My 93 huffy build. Look at me

Thanks and Yes I was hopping to catch the wife awake when I got off tonight so she can hold it straight and I could measure the length I would need but she knocked out. The stock crank was 7 inches long so I'm guessing I'm gonna be needing 3 1/2 maybe 4 inch crank. Ill know better by tomorrow...

My 93 huffy build. Look at me

Well as I said in the hello section this is my 1993 huffy good vibrations beach cruiser. I pulled her literally out of the garbage dump where I work so I decided to make it into a ratrod bike against everyone's negative remarks about me being crazy for even waisting my time. Here is the pictures...

Hello, Stumbled upon this website through Facebook and got heavily inspired to build up my own ratrod bike. Me and a coworker found this rusty huffy good vibrations beach cruiser sitting inside a garbage dump where we work at. While a lot of the guys here called me a fool for wasting my time...
